Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Free shipping all over India except North East, J &K.
  2. For North East India, J &K shipping charges are Rs.79 per shipment.
  3. In future we are planning to start shipping our product out of India.
  4. We prefer communication over an email  as compared to a phone call.
  5. Order will be processed in time & booked for shipping as early as possible.
  6. In case of any delay, you will be informed by us.
  7. HRPL Shoppe / Hortus Rudra Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  8. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
  9. HRPL Shoppe/ Hortus Rudra Private Limited is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
  10. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
  11. For most orders we employ the services of reliable couriers, with wide coverage through India and with the facility to track shipments on their website.
  12. For tracking, you will get link by email or by message, when your shipment is dispatched.

  14. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays.
  15. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.
  16. The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.
  17. However, there are few products, which have made to order type and will need a period of about 15 days for the delivery .Then it shall be notified to you .We will make sure, that we will do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible.
  18. Most of the products damaged in transit are Fragile Items. We make sure that we insure the products before shipping and make your experience a pleasant one. In Case of any damage, we will replace the products at our cost.
  19. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email support@Hortus Rudra Private Limited
  20. If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, you need to inform the same to: Hortus Rudra Private Limited with images in 5 working days after delivery, we either ask the Products to be returned or do Self Pickup.
  21. When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance of Hortus Rudra Private Limited.
  22. Your receipt of an order confirmation from Hortus Rudra Private Limited does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  23. Hortus Rudra Private Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever.
  24. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order has been processed. Order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched, there are no cancellation charges.
  25. Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
  26. Shipment of Plants:
  27. HRPL does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
  28. Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

  8. Refund will be deposited by us in same account from where we receive payment.
  9. A refund will be processed by Hortus Rudra Private Limited in the event Hortus Rudra Private Limited determines that the cancellation of the order is due to Hortus Rudra Private Limited’s incapability of fulfilling the order
  10. Once processed by Hortus Rudra Private Limited refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
  11. We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the products to your source account once we receive the product you will receive information for same
  12. Customer has to give back same packaging material if they want to return product.
